Your mind is a tool, and it needs to be trained. This practice will invite you to re-pattern your mind – starting with your body. We’ll begin with gentle functional movement aimed at heart-opening (backbending). We’ll move into myofascial release (self-massage with balls), yin yoga and a discussion on positive emotion priming, confidence, self-esteem, risk-taking and success.

Tracey’s signature teaching style offers students an intimate exploration of the intersection between mind, breath and body. She has a background and education in biology, molecular biology, nursing, acute care, public health education, and both Swedish and Thai massage. Her yoga practice has been her best friend in all its forms for over 20 years. She has studied with many great teachers, but her greatest love is the yoga therapy method as taught to her by Felicia & Ante Pavlovic combined with yin yoga. She is a teacher’s teacher and has been delivering and reviewing yoga curriculum in Toronto and internationally for over 10 years.
