A MOBILITY UPGRADE is what you need!
Join Lisa Messina in a workshop designed to help you move and function optimally. This session is part of a progressive workshop series that uses scientific principles to improve joint-health and Active Range of Motion. Using a variety of safe training methods from Functional Range Conditioning® you will be guided though the foundations of this results-driven practice. Learn a daily, mobility training practice that offers lasting articular (joint) health, improves strength, resilience, and neurological control, improves performance in everyday (athletic and non-athletic) movements, and helps to rebuild lost mobility.

Thoughtful, insightful, and creative, Lisa creates a safe place for deep listening and courageous exploration. A dancer from an early age, Lisa’s life work has been exploring and sharing her passion through a broad range of movement methods; including dance, Pilates, and yoga.A persistent seeker, she unites a profound understanding for the ancient traditions of the yoga lineage with her research in progressive movement modalities. Lisa is a certified yoga teacher and teacher trainer recognized by the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500, YACEP) including; YRT 200Hr from Svyasa Yoga University in Bangalore, 300Hr TT from Octopus Garden Holistic Yoga Centre, Pilates Level 3 Trainer from Taylor’d Pilates. Lisa is currently half-way through her studies in Relational Somatic Psychotherapy with the Three Fold Way.
