Samyoga founder and designer, Samantha Stephens, is a graduate of Ryerson University’s fashion design program as well as a dedicated yoga teacher and student. Samantha herself is a modern day yogi and so she understands the need to make space and integrate self care and yoga practice amongst all the obligations of her busy day.
