Various styles of yoga such as a relaxing restorative practice, a nourishing yin class, or an invigorating vinyasa flow will be offered to feed the body, hearts and minds of all of levels of practitioners. Whatever you are in the mood for, you’ll learn from some great Canadian talent!
Experience what mindfulness is while nestled in this quiet, natural environment with guided meditation classes for every lifestyle. Our teachers will educate you on the variety of meditation practices and the benefits a daily ritual can provide.
If you are a lover of yoga and water, then playing in shapes on a board and doing SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga will be a thrilling and refreshing experience on Camp Walden’s private lake.
These Jams could change everything. We have brought together a group of wellness leaders and experts to share their passion about holistic living. This is the perfect time to explore your dreams and make a plan to manifest them. Learn about our collective addiction to sugar and other pleasures and how to get a hold on them, pick up some simple meal planning techniques, and have many other practical and provocative discussions. Be inspired to live well with new ideas, strategies and tools for accelerated personal growth. Connect with wise, skilled and healing professionals.

It’s your weekend, so why not spoil yourself?! Relax and unwind with a half or full hour massage in our Farm House Spa with a Registered Massage Therapist.

There’s nothing quite like an exhilarating ski around our private lake. Never done it? Don’t worry, we have skilled teachers to walk you through it.
Canoe & Kayak
Take a quiet paddle around the lake with your favourite co-caption or solo. Soaking up the peaceful sound of a paddle pushing you through the water is the perfect way to connect with the space around you.
Grab a helmet and one of our many mountain bikes and enjoy a guided cycle around our 750-acre property. You’re a skilled rider and adventurer? No problem, take a bike out on your own and explore.
Tennis, Basketball, Baseball, Hockey, Soccer, Beach Volleyball and even Ping Pong
We’ll provide the space and equipment, you bring your team and play all day on state of the art courts and fields!
Mandalas, Mala Workshop, Painting. Drawing and Beading
Need to zen out and connect with your creative side? Come on into our well-stocked A&C building to grab your supplies, get inspired and create!
Please note: there is an additional cost to participate in the Mala Workshop.
You’re always welcome to throw on your running shoes, blast your favourite song and enjoy the freedom of wide open spaces and fresh air. We will also be offering guided runs so you can brush up on your skills and be motivated by your community. Obviously, there will be a post-run yoga option for those that want.
We have one of three zip lines in Canada that lands in the water, but you have to climb the massive tree first. Don’t worry, we have trained and certified staff to get you there and it’s nothing short of amazing!
This is what it’s all really about…releasing the pressures of life, breathing fresh air, and doing whatever your heart desires…from camp fires to restorative yoga to hanging on the dock, there is always a time and place to chill.
